2.1 All products sold on this site are digital gift card codes delivered exclusively via email. No physical items are shipped.
2.2 You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. Jerry Cards is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or overly aggressive spam filters. Please check your spam/junk folder and add us to your safe list.
2.3 All prices shown on the website are final and include any applicable processing fees. Prices are accepted at the time an order is placed.
2.4 Delivery is typically instant for verified payments. In some cases, additional verification may be required for fraud prevention, which may delay delivery by a few hours.
3.1 Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns on gift card codes that have been delivered and/or redeemed.
3.2 If a code delivered to you is invalid or does not work due to an error on our part, Jerry Cards will provide a replacement code or additional codes to match the value of your original order at no extra charge.
3.3 Any issues with delivered codes must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us with your invoice number and a description of the problem.
