Our commitment to fair and transparent transactions

Overview

Jerry Cards (operated by Jerry Group LLC) sells digital gift card codes delivered via email. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we handle refunds and replacements as described below.

Refund Eligibility

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Because gift card codes are revealed upon delivery, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for codes that have been delivered and/or redeemed.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Invalid code — If a code we delivered does not work due to an error on our part, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate delivery — If you are charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Non-delivery — If your order was confirmed but never delivered, we will either resend the codes or issue a full refund.
  • Order cancelled before delivery — If we have not yet delivered your codes, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.

When We Cannot Issue a Refund

  • Codes that have been successfully redeemed.
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect email address (we will resend to the correct address upon request).
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after delivery.
  • Issues caused by the customer's Apple/Google/Xbox/PSN account settings or regional restrictions. Please verify compatibility before purchasing (see our FAQ).

Replacement Policy

If a delivered code is found to be invalid or defective, Jerry Cards will provide replacement codes of equal value at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or report a problem with your order:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
