Our commitment to fair and transparent transactions
Jerry Cards (operated by Jerry Group LLC) sells digital gift card codes delivered via email. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we handle refunds and replacements as described below.
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Because gift card codes are revealed upon delivery, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for codes that have been delivered and/or redeemed.
We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
If a delivered code is found to be invalid or defective, Jerry Cards will provide replacement codes of equal value at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund or report a problem with your order:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
