Add Us to Your Safe List

Make sure your gift card emails arrive in your inbox, not your spam folder

Why This Matters

When you purchase a gift card from Jerry Cards, we send the code directly to your email. Some email providers may accidentally filter our emails as spam, especially if it's your first order. Adding our email address to your safe list (also called a whitelist or contacts) ensures you receive your codes without delay.

Our email addresses: Add both jerry@jerrycards.com and jerrycards.com@gmail.com to your contacts or safe senders list. These are the addresses all gift card deliveries and order confirmations come from.

Instructions by Email Provider

Gmail

1. Open Gmail and look for any email from jerry@jerrycards.com or jerrycards.com@gmail.com (check Spam if needed)

2. If it's in Spam, open the email and click "Not spam" at the top

3. Open the email, click the three dots (more options), then click "Add to Contacts"

4. Alternatively: Go to Google Contacts, click "Create contact", and add both jerry@jerrycards.com and jerrycards.com@gmail.com

Outlook / Hotmail / Live

1. Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings

2. Go to Mail > Junk email

3. Under "Safe senders and domains", click Add

4. Type jerrycards.com and press Enter

5. Click Save

Yahoo Mail

1. Open Yahoo Mail and click the Contacts icon (person silhouette) on the left sidebar

2. Click "Add a new contact"

3. Enter jerry@jerrycards.com in the email field, save, then repeat for jerrycards.com@gmail.com

4. If our email is already in your Spam folder, open it and click "Not Spam"

Apple Mail (iCloud)

1. Open the Contacts app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac

2. Tap the + button to create a new contact

3. Add jerry@jerrycards.com and jerrycards.com@gmail.com as email addresses and save

4. Apple Mail automatically trusts emails from your contacts

Other Providers (AOL, ProtonMail, etc.)

The general approach works with any email provider:

1. Add jerry@jerrycards.com and jerrycards.com@gmail.com to your address book or contacts

2. Check your spam/junk folder and mark any Jerry Cards emails as "Not Spam"

3. Look for a "Safe senders" or "Whitelist" option in your email settings

Still Not Receiving Emails?

If you've added us to your safe list and still don't see our emails:

1. Double-check the email address you used when ordering — make sure there are no typos

2. Search your entire mailbox (including All Mail, Archive, and Trash) for "jerrycards"

3. Contact us with your order details and we'll resend your codes or help troubleshoot
